Station Lands
The development of EPCOR Tower’s north podium overtop of the tower’s current parkade structure will consist of two residential towers over a foundation of retail space.
This will transform what is currently a single office tower into a pedestrian streetscape surrounded by the best Edmonton has to
offer in residential, retail, and office space.
Our connection to the entertainment offered in ICE District to the west and the culture provided by the Arts district to the east will position Station Lands as one of the most convenient, most desirable locations to work, live, or enjoy one's free time, in all of Edmonton.
FUTURE PEDWAY
Connecting the Core
As we build new structures and spaces to
facilitate the connection between our office
tenants, new downtown residents, and visitors,
it is also time to build in more connections to
the district itself.
Plans are being finalized for the construction
of a pedway connection between Station
Lands and Churchill Square. This underground
tunnel will integrate our district and the Royal
Alberta Museum to the existing pedway
network, providing everyone in our tower
with a convenient way to access the LRT system, and the rest of the core.
